Playa Blanca literally means 'White Beach' referring to the pure white sand beach found in the centre of the town. Lanzarote is famous for its 213km of coastline and pristine beaches and clear blue waters.

Playa de Playa Blanca

A Blue Flag, award winning beach found right in the heart of Playa Blanca.

Suitable for families and very close to all the local amenities.

Playa Dorada

A wonderful sheltered beach close to the town centre. 

There a variety of activities available from Banana Boats to Parasailing. There are restaurants and bars nearby.

Playa Flamingo

This popular white-sand beach features a promenade, showers & a sunbathing terrace.

The beach is sheltered and very family friendly.

Playa de Papagayo

A beautiful secluded beach to the East of Playa Blanca, accessible by dirt track (€3 for non residents) or boat.

There are many reasons why this is one of our favourite beaches. The crystal clear water is perfect for spotting fish and starfish.

Natura Beach

Secluded stone beach slightly out of Playa Blanca, it is perfect for Scuba Diving (ask us about this!)

It is right in front of our office! Yet another beach with crystal clear waters that are teaming with a variety of sea life.

Playa de Montaña Roja

Serene ocean spot featuring a secluded beach for basking & swimming amid natural surrounds.

One of the smaller beaches in the area, usually used by guests staying in the local hotels. Sunbed hire is available.

Playa Mujeres

There's not a lot else we can say about this beach. It's one of those you have to see for yourself!

It is slightly out of Playa Blanca.

Playa del Pozo

This isolated, sandy beach is surrounded by low hills & offers swimming & sunbathing.

(Also accessible via the Papagayo dirt track)

Playa de Las Coloradas

Sandy & stony beach with a promenade overlooked by a clifftop 18th century castle.

Here you can find the world famous underwater museum.

Known for strong wind & waves, plus scenic views, this golden-sand beach draws many surfers.

Another popular resort in Lanzarote. Known for its large beach and water sport activities available.

Caletón Blanco

An exquisite group of rock pools in the North of the Island roughly 3km South of Haría. 

Perfect for families and younger children.
